• Walt Disney (Walter Elias Disney) was born on Dec 5
1901 in Chicago, his nationality is American.
• Walt had a very interest in drawing, art, acting and
performing.
• Walt Disney went to McKinley High School.
• He got a job as a commercial illustrator at the age of 18.
• He moved to California and set up the Disney Brothers
Studio with his brother Roy in the early of 1920s.
• He died at the age of 65 because of lung cancer in
California, U.S.
Achievement
• With Ub Iwerks, he developed the
character Mickey Mouse In 1928.
• He co-found the Walt Disney production.
• He produced the first cell-animated (Traditional Animation)
feature length film.
• Disney Studios completed full- length animated classics
such as Pinocchio , Fantasia , Dumbo & Bambi.
• In the 1950s, Disney expanded into the amusement
