    The Bureau of Customs is on its Performance Governance System (PGS) Pathway to the 2nd of four stages. Part of the requirements of the 2nd Stage which is the Compliance Stage to monitor the compliance to Road Map and Governance Scorecards of the BOC. The three year Governance Scorecard and Roadmap is a guide the BOC can follow with respect to abiding by the guidelines of the PGS Framework. This is a part of the No Contact Policy and Value Transformation Program of the BOC.
