• You have a choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4 years, the
longer the contract the lower the price

• Xerox Solutions already contains 1 year of


ServicePack for Solutions, which means
when combined with the above, you will
get 2, 3, 4 or 5 years of peace of mind

• If the contract is registered after 90 days of


the software installation, you will be able to
register for the 1year Post 90 days

How to order the ServicePack for Solutions
1. Log in ESAP Portal
2. Select Standard Transaction
3. Select your Customer and Start Date
of the contract.

How to register the ServicePack for Solutions
• ServicePack for Solutions is available via the Partner Portal in eSAP
• Have your Solution Serial Number at hand. Each Xerox Solution is serialised, this is
the number required to complete the registration (not the machine Serial Number).
• Register your contract via the standard tab, and configure to select the length of
contract of your choice

ServicePack for Solutions.

Customer's consent)
3. Service maintenance releases will be provided under this
Service Agreement

ServicePack for Solutions – Ts&Cs
• The Terms and conditions (Ts&Cs) apply from Xerox to you.
• Your contract with your Customers should reflect Xerox service delivery as
specified within the ServicePack for Solutions Ts&Cs
• ServicePack for Solutions Ts&Cs section is within the same ServicePack/ Post
Warranty document.

You must accept Ts&Cs as part of the registration process.
