Q 1: Determined whether the organization has strong or weak
culture?
Ans: The organization has strong culture.
A strong culture is a set of habits, norms, expectations, traditions,
symbols, values and techniques that greatly influences the behavior of its
members.
Mr. Karim provides some duties - enter on time, welcome customers by
greeting, responding to complaints, help customer to make purchase
decision and make cooperative environment.

Ans: Organizational culture is defined as the underlying beliefs,
assumptions, values and ways of interacting that contribute to the
unique social and psychological environment of an organization.
There are many different cultural systems that impact the workplace
and exist in parallel. The national culture in which the organization is
embedded (and there may be sub- regional variations); the culture,
beliefs and values of the founders and how they envision the
organization; the values, attitudes and ethics of the employees. 
In this case, Mr. Karim developed job description and specifications
and also some ethical culture.
Q4: How its culture transmitted to the employees?
Ans: Culture is transmitted to employees in a number of ways. The most
significant are stories, rituals, symbols, and language.
Corporate rituals are repetitive sequences of activates that express and
reinforce the values of the organization, what goals are most
important, and which people are important and which ones are
superfluous.
Ceremonies and rituals reflect such activities that are enacted
repeatedly on important occasions. 
An organization's culture defines the proper way to behave within
the organization
In this case by sharing bonding and keeping friendly environment culture
transmitted to employees.
Q5: Is there any ethical culture in the organization and what
are the roles of Mr. Karim to develop these ethical culture?
Ans: Yes these are ethical culture in the organization and these are-
Greet the fellow members , respect the senior citizen , five time prayers,
take meal on time and close the store on time.
Mr. Karim trained them to ensure his desired performance. So he leads a
major role to develop these ethical culture in his organization.
