Session Objective(s)

School Leaders will be able to:


 Explain the PDCA framework for the ‘COVID-19 School Response Guideline’;
 Explain the ‘School Operations Continuity Framework’ and ‘Crisis Preparedness
Rubric’.

Success Criteria

By the end of the session, School Leaders will be able to:


 Identify one key focus to be resolved.
 Identify the level of schools’ preparedness for the key focus using the ‘Crisis
Preparedness Rubric’.
