INTRODUCTION
 Cooling/Heating of our home/workplace is an essential
need in Summer/Winter season for our comfortable
living.

 Those who can afford high electricity bills and high

initial setup cost use A.Cs and those who can’t use
Desert Water Coolers.

 Still there are certain drawbacks in these conventional

cooling and heating system’s.
WORKING OF CONVENTION COOLER
 It cools air through evaporation of air.
 Evaporative cooling works by employing water's large
enthalpy of vaporization.
 The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly
through the phase transition of liquid water to water
vapor .
WORKING OF CONVENTION COOLER
WORKING OF CONVENTION COOLER
WORKING OF CONVENTIONAL AC
 AC works on Vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
DRAWBACK OF COOLER & ACS
 Increase relative Humidity

 Water Consumption

 Dust mites effects

 Ventilation requirements and thermal comfort

 ACs condenser fails at high outside temperature.

HYBRID EVAPORATIVE COOLER
ADVANTAGES
 Electricity Consumption is reduced.

 Cooling Efficiency is increased.

 Low water consumption.

 Does not fails at high outside temperature.

 Tub water can be filtered and used for cooled drinking

water.
CONCLUSION
 Hybrid Evaporative cooler proved to be an effective
cooling system in places where outside temperature is
very high.

 It reduces the electricity consumptions hence reducing

its overall running cost.

 It is maintenance free Device , does not need cleaning

every in every season.

 It is cooling efficient Device.
