Mass Sealed Bid

Steps: To fill up the excel sheet

1) To participate in the mass sealed bid event, an excel file will be sent to you in which you have to place your bids.
2) Put your bids in the “bid amount ” column in the excel file for the respective markets and save the excel file on your computer.
Note:
• The bid amounts should not have any comma in between.
• For any market, if you do not want to place any bid, don’t leave it blank, rather put Zero in it.
• NOTE:-Bids once submitted can not be withdrawn though bidder can revise their bids to any non zero value.

1) To submit the bids in the live auction window, click on “browse” button.
2) Select the excel file saved on your computer.
3) Click on upload to upload the file in the system.

• Next page will display all the prices filled in by you against respective auction ids.
4) Check the prices in the “Bid Amount” column.
5) Click on submit.

6) After submitting the bids a message will appear indicating no of fields uploaded or inserted.
Note:-
• If any row appears in red that means that the row is not inserted, in this case recheck the excel file and upload it once
again.

How to submit your price break up
after auction:

• After the competition of the auction incase you are L1 / have matched the L1price
or as applicable and stated the RFQ /Auction notice, you have to submit the item
wise price break up in the format as stated in the Auction notice (Annexure-4)or
RFQ.
• The price break up has to on the price basis quoted during the online event
LCNC/LCNS etc as the case may be.
• For any clarification related to taxes applicable, clarify prior to start of auction.
• All the price break up have to be sent to company letterhead signed & stamped by
authorized signatory of your company.
• You may send the price break by Scanned copy through mail at the following email
address: postauctionbj@mjunction.in
• You may also send the same vide fax to our number 033-66011725.
• Price break up has to submit within 2 hrs from the time of completion of the event.
• Failure to submit the price break up may attract penal measures as deemed suitable
by the client.

email at feedback.bj@mjunction.in
2)Steps: Click on Feedback option->Click on New->Write your comments in the Description box & Submit.
