a) Respiratory System
Inspection: Symmetrical shape, no normal mass and sputum movements of the right and left lung with a frequency of 20 times /
minute.

Auscultation: Normal

b) Cardiovascular System:

(3) Listeners Inspection: Symmetrical shape is serumen, with good hearing Palpation: There is no tenderness
(4) Taster Inspection: Moisturized mucosa, symmetrical lips and no visible white or dirty spots. Palpation: There is no tenderness
in the neck and swallowing reflexes
(5) Touch Inspection: There are no abnormalities Palpation: Clients can distinguish between heat and cold.
