Narration: Have you ever thing about the classroom
technology before? As the technology changes, the way of
educator’s teaching style is changing accordingly. The educators do
not lecture the whole class anymore, they use various devices to
enhance the engagement with the students.
But how was the classroom technology before?
In the past, the radio was used in the school area as a new wave of
learning in the 1920s (Purdue, University, n.d.).

Narration: How did the classroom technology change


after the invention of the computer?
After the invention of the personal computers, it became an
important part of the classroom. By using computers, the
students are able to store their works and reuse them at
another class time without having to carry multiple books
and excess paper.

Narration: Blended Learning is a great example of the


adoption of technology which allows educators to combine
online course materials along with the traditional classroom
materials by utilizing various technological tools. The major
four models of blended learning models include Rotation,
Flex, A La Carte, and Enriched Virtual (Christensen Institute,
n.d.). The Rotation model is divided into four different
categories: Station Rotation, Lab Rotation, Flipped
Classroom, and Individual Rotation.

1. Augmented Reality (AR) allows students to see additional information
through the lens of Google Glass. It will allow students to explore the
content without having a device in the classroom environment (Poh,
2017).

including reading materials in the Cloud or virtual machine. Such
systems allow students to access the materials anytime and

3. Online Social Networking Sites allows students to share their
ideas about a particular topic. In the future, the educator will
utilize more online social networking sites to assign student

4. Virtual Reality is a new learning experience that allows
students to participate the virtual tours without changing
the location. Some schools and companies tend to bring
this unique experience through virtual tours and
