With over 17 years of experience with renowned groups such as The Oberoi, The

Taj Group is now with Seasons offering international cuisines, delicacies & food

styling.

Abhishek Kukreti : Executive chef : Continental

A Graduate from IHM Bangalore & having worked with the Taj group, Le Meridian,

Fortune Hotels & The Grand is currently with Seasons & his cooking reflects the

growing trend towards healthier lifestyle cuisine.

Chef Sodhi

With over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry in the Middle East, United States

Canada & India, Chef Sodhi has worked with major brands such as Taj, Ramada, Holiday Inn,

Hilton ( Toronto).

Sohan Mehra : Indian Chéf

With an experience of over 40 years in traditional Indian & Peshawari cuisines. He has

worked with the Oberoi group in India & Egypt conjuring mouth watering dishes for their

VVIP guests.

Chef Umesh Kapoor

Having worked with the Taj group, Nikko Hotels & The Grand Hyatt & having won

numerous awards & accolades Umesh Kapoor is the Consultant at Seasons Group.,

offering innovative kitchen designs & F&B set ups with a new vision.

Chef Bao : Chinese

Chef Bao has worked in Chinese Restaurants in the U.A.E and currently is the Head

Chinese Chef with Seasons serving authentic Chinese maintaining the true flavours of

the cuisine.
