WHAT IS ASSERTIVE?
 Assertive is about self confidence which means
having a positive attitude towards yourself and
others.
 Assertive is based on balance.
 It’s a communication skill that can reduce
conflict, build your self-confidence and improve
relationships
 It's not always easy to identify truly assertive
behavior. This is because there's a fine line
between assertiveness and aggression

you must do it constructively and sensitively .

To be more assertive, you need to gain a
good understanding of yourself,
as well as a strong belief in your inherent
value and your value to your organization
and team.
