2. Fluency disorder is an interruption in the flow of speaking


characterized by atypical rate , rhythm, and repetitions in sounds
Syllables, words, and phrases.
3. Voice disorder is characterized by the abnormal production and/or

Which is inappropriate for an individual’s age and/or sex.

LANGUANGE DISORDER- Is impairment comprehension and/or use of


spoken, written and/or other symbol system.

1.Form of language
Phonology- is a sound system of a language and the rules that
govern the sound combination.
Morphology- Is the system that governs the structure of words and
the construction of words forms.

Syntax- Is the system governing the order and combination of words


To form sentences, and the relationships among the elements within
a sentence.

2. Content of Language
Semantics- Is the system that govern the meaning of words and sentences.
3. Function of Language
Pragmatics- Is the system that combines the above language
components in functional and socially appropriate communication

Characteristics of Learners with Difficulty in Communication


The characteristics of learners with difficulty in communication
will vary depending upon the type of impairment involved: There may
also be a combination of several problems.
Fluency refer to the flow of speech. A fluency disorder
means the something is disrupting the rhythmic and
forward flow of speech usually, a stutter.

Voice Is the sound that’s produced when air from the lungs
Pushes through the voice box in the throat ( also called the
larynx ) making the vocal folds within vibrate.

Communication disorder is difficult


because people who have it can’t express
themselves well. Therefore everyone that surrounds
them must have enough patience to understand
their situation. Educator has a big role in dealing
with those students. They must prepare appropriate
and inclusive activities so that students that has
communication disorder can’t feel exclusion.
