West Center Optimization Area
An Improvement/Stability of main Benchmarking indicator (Call Setup, HO Fail) in Spite of HR Usage % degradation
CDR degradation is mainly due to the 8 dropped calls noticed in Saida due to External Interference there.
The degradation of RxQual indicator due to PC activation in Chlef and Tiaret should relativized regarding to improvement of main KPIs and stability of
Voice Quality

Conclusion
The mission took place in a good framework and all Scheduled

Work were done.
After knowledge of the field and cities of mascara, problem

solving will be more objective and easier especially problems
related to design.
All WO sent are done, and actions related to coverage

problems are supported by west radio team.

Conclusion
The added value of this mission is the possibility to collect field

data for each parameter configuration.
Global goals of the mission have been reached as we trend to

the best PC parameters values for a good inter-working of PC
with HO + the best results on field.
Final PC parameters values have been implemented in Chlef

and Tiaret wilayas with good field results.
