MANAGMENT
• Effective project managers create a communication
management plan that goes beyond merely sending status
reports and includes asking stakeholders what they need
communicated
• Effective listening
• Receiver should pay attention to senders gestures and facial expressions
Meetings

Monitor Communications
• This process involves measuring to determine whether the
communications managmenet plan is being followed and whether
communications are meeting the needs of the stakeholders
• Monitoring communications will result in work performance
information, possible change requests , and possible updates to the
project managment plan and project documents.
