About Intellify :
● Intellify is the education initiative set up under SOLVE, established by the
students & alumni of IIT Delhi to “solve” the problems plaguing the Indian
Education System.

● Intellify has reached out to more than 100 cities, impacting 30,000+
students and 800+ teachers directly through its program and workshops.

● In its journey, it has worked with Delhi Government, NITI Aayog, MHRD
(DIC), CBSE, Teach for India, CLI-IIT Gandhinagar and Design Department
of IIT Delhi to organise programmes.

Job Requisition :
Under this phase Job description is done. Job vacancies are
mentioned. Number of openings, designation and level of experience,
job functions and responsibilities, educational criteria, reporting
details and priority of vacancy are mentioned.

Form of the phase : HR form used in this phase is job description. This
template is filled y reporting manager of job opening.
Recruitment cycle :
Under this phase, the number and type of rounds is stated that is
needed to be conducted to fill the position based on designation.
This phase also defines the recruitment panel and details of
interviewers of every round of interview.

Process :
● Definitions and requisitions: Details about the positions to be
filled, no. of persons to be recruited etc.
● Sources: Developing and location of sources (both internally
and externally)
● Communication of information: In order to acquire
prospective employees.

● Encouraging and attracting applicants: Encouraging the
identified candidates to apply for the job.
● Candidate assessment: Analysing and evaluating the
effectiveness of recruitment process by candidate
progression.

Sources of
Recruitment:
INTERNAL SOURCES: It includes the recruitment within the
organisation.

EXTERNAL SOURCES:

1. Educational Institutions: Intellify goes for campus recruitments


in many prestigious colleges.
2. Employment exchanges
3. Casual callers: Candidates themselves visit the organisation
and give interviews.

4. Direct recruitment: In this, a notice is placed on the noticeboard
of the company specifying job details and job vacancies.
5. Recommendations
6. Press advertising: As we offer job profiles for technical and
managerial positions, therefore advertisements in newspaper and
journals are used as it has a wide reach.
7.Summer Internship Programmes: We also offer SIP for students
pursuing management and other technical degrees. We also offer
the full time job opportunity to those employees who perform well.
8.Internet: We communicate to the candidates delighted for
internship programme through Internshala as well. Interested
candidates apply and are further given a task to fulfill within a given
deadline in order to get selected.
