IIn my opinion, I think children nowadays is more comfortable than counterparts in the past. They
should be grateful and appreciate with what they have starting from this moment. There are a few
reasons for my own view of point.

Firstly, children nowadays live in the country without war. They should appreciate peaceful that
surrounds them at the current time. Peace is simply the absence of war. In fact, children nowadays are
exposed to be aware to prevent themselves putting lives in direct danger. This enables children growing
up to be a kind and thoughtful leader in the future. Wisdom and knowledge of children that bear in mind
allows them to resolve the problem in a more practical and concrete ways. In contrast, children who
been borned during World War II often suffer in hunger searching for basic needs such as drink and
food. To sum up, children nowadays live a more fortunate and comfortable life.

Secondly, children in the present are free to develop their interest and skills. The freedom of
choosing the interests and ambitions allow the children to be skillful in order to move one step towards
their future career. Parents are getting more concern on their academic performance and concentrated
on their moral etiquette. In order to achieve the result with flying colours, parents send children to go
for classes or tuition after school. Children are spoilt for chances to learn and develop skills anywhere as
it is just a money paid for a service matter. There are also a vast variety of competition offering
attractive prizes for children to share thoughts and ideas. Be comparison with the children in the past,
the financial problem of family will cause the children to lost interest in their ideas and thus they will
give up their dream or interest. Thus, children nowadays are more comfortable and easier to achieve
their dreams.
Thirdly, children nowadays are more intelligence. They can increase general knowledge and obtain
information just at their fingertip. Latest news and urgent announcement can reach to viewers
immediately. They even get to know about the diverse cultures present around the world, including their
culture, traditions, language, lifestyle and food habits. Children can make friends with friends of friends
and build a strong network by communicating with them thousand of miles away. They can mix and
mingle with new people and start building new connections with them. This enables them to increase
collaboration and thus team projects are easier to be completed. There are thousand of eBooks
available online. The price of an eBook is much lower than printed book and sometimes, it can be totally
free. On the other hand, children live without digital technology do not gain merits above. Therefore,
children nowadays are exposed to new knowledge and experience as knowledge is power. A person
having more knowledge will be able to control circumstances in the life. They lead a more comfortable
life.

However, children nowadays are too comfortable. Comfort zone brings unhealthy lifestyle to childen.
Their health are affected as diseases are likely targeted to them. Children spend their time more
likely on social media, doing academic search, finding answers to questions, and playing games.  Survey
have shown that gadgets emit some radiation when it is on. Although the radiation is in minute
quantity, it will accumulate slowly in the body. There will be adverse effects such as headache and brain
tumor in the long run. Some couch potatoes might also munch junk food while watching their favourite
programme. Too little exercise and too much junk food can lead to physical problems such as obesity.

All in all, all these arguments will conclusively prove that children nowadays live a more comfortable life
than their counterparts in the past. Children nowadays can emerge a better person in the future.
