• From the top of the site ( north ) to the bottom of the


site the heights are decreasing and the architecture is
changing gradually from modern to old historic
buildings .

• The main roads have all commercial buildings of


maximum height of G+8 structures .

• The arterial roads have commercial on the ground and


residential type of housing on the top floors .

• The core interior roads have both commercial and


residential but major part is taken by the residential
type of housing.

• The road width also gradually decrease from the outer


fringes to the interiors of it .

• There are many jail patterns in the core residential


region.

• We can see them in doors, windows , facades and


railings .

• Mostly seen in Hindu residencies and window patterns in


Christian occupancy .

• Each of these jails' are unique and very interesting, they


give character to the building .

• They form interesting shadow patterns too .

• They increase the aesthetic value of the building .
