to set the required temperature

The duration of time can also be adjusted

using the time adjustment knob

The temp. Sensor will maintain the set temp

which is indicated by the blinking of set
temp on the display screen

After use OFF the device and disconnect

the wire.

Cup Type Current Meter

 

The cable is connected to the lifting link of the meter

and lowered down at the point where velocity
measurement is to be carried out.

The instrument is placed in such a direction along the

flow that tail piece points in direction of flow, so that
flow coming over it gets streamlined before coming
upon the cups.

According to the magnitude of the velocity of flow, cup

rotates along the vertical axis in horizontal plane,
contact is established in electrical circuit for every
revolution

The no. of rotations of the current - meter cup wheels

for various velocities are noted

Time Domain Reflectometer

The ON switch turns the meter on and off

Press the READ button to read the probe and update

the screen values. The data point can be cleared from
memory with the DELETE/CLR AVG button

When the DELETE/CLR AVG button is pressed and

immediately released

Pressing the MODE button allows the user to

determine the type of measurement that will be taken
or select the length of rods connected to the probe

After select the length of rod insert the rod into the soil
and press READ button

Ensure that the instrument is clean and free from dust
and connect the electric cable to switch board

Adjusting the bubble at the center

Press ZERO to set the balance to zero

Place the empty container on the balance. The weight

will displayed.

Press TARE key to tare the balance.

The display shows Net and 0.000 g.

Place the material to be weighed in the container in the

middle of the pan to avoid corner-load error

Press MODE key to switch in the modes in turn 1)

counting mode 2) Percentage mode 3) Weighing mode

Press UNIT key to change the units in turn.
