1) Necessary Tools – 1 ton ,Grip-O-Magic Puller (OTC tool) ,Hummer
,plier ,Monkey wrench , L key set, wrench size 14 & 15.
2) Man power – Third party with ME and Production team(Total-9)
3) Duration time – 15hr

1. Firstly, we must removed adjustable keys.
Remove adjustable key of RO 2. After remove keys, dislodge membrane from RO housing with OTC.
membrane from RO Housing Remark ; We have to count and conserve adjustment keys of RO.

 We checked & cleaned block
of filters to flow water very
well.
 We checked & repaired
pressure gauge of all filter.
 We must change new
pressure gauge because
most pressure gauge were
suffer such as air & water
leakage, damage v/v.
