Introduction
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is the largest integrated Information
Communication Technology (ICT) company of Pakistan.
With a humble start from a telephone and telegraph department in 1947, it has evolved to
offer latest digital and telecommunication technologies today.
With the largest fixed line network of the country, PTCL offers products and services like high
speed Broadband internet, Char Ji wireless internet, Smart TV (IPTV) service, over-the-top (OTT)
applications like Smart Link App, Smart TV App and Touch App, and world class digital content
like Netflix, iflix and icflix.
Objective
How employee satisfaction affects organizational performance
Significance
Employee satisfaction is of utmost importance for employees to remain happy and also deliver
their level best.
Satisfied employees are the ones who are extremely loyal towards their organization and stick
to it even in the worst scenario.
Employee satisfaction is essential to ensure higher revenues for the organization.
Satisfied employees tend to adjust more and handle pressure with ease as compared to
frustrated ones

The purpose of this study is to observe the relationship between employee satisfaction and

METHODOLOGY
Measurement:
Investigate factors of employee satisfaction that affect organizational performance.
Two self-administrated questionnaires

Data Collection:
Data was collected from 12 well known hotels in 4 big cities of Pakistan.
150 questionnaires from Customers
25 questionnaires from Employees
132 customer questionnaires and 20 employee questionnaires were selected.
Data Analysis:
SPSS tool
Contingency tables were prepared to analysis variations between male and female customers.
Chi square test of independence was used to check the visiting customers with respect to
gender vary in education or not.
Also, the preference among male and female customers was analyzed for the duration of stay
in hotel.
Conclusion:
The findings of this research suggested that impact of employee satisfaction on the success of
organization is undeniable.
Sustaining the satisfaction level of customers is a continuous process whose basics are linked
with the employees whose performance reflects through customer satisfaction and organization
progress.

The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance :
An Empirical Analysis

Objective:
Problem addressed in this study is to examine the impact of job satisfaction on performance.
It considered which rewards (intrinsic and extrinsic) determine job satisfaction of an employee.
It also considered influence of age, sex and experience of employees on level of job satisfaction
Research Methodology
Sample:
237 Respondents were selected from 20 Organizations.
Banking, Ceramics, Milk powder, Insurance and News Paper Industries.
Three employee categories were considered as Professionals, Managers and Non Managers.
Data Collection:
Field Survey
Two questionnaires
Job Satisfaction measuring questionnaire.
Employee performance in terms of effort extended to the job.
Data Analysis:
Coefficient of correlation.
Level of job satisfaction as the X-variable (Independent Variable)
Level of performance as the Y-variable (dependent variable)
Conclusion:
There is a significant impact of job satisfaction on performance of employees in private sector
organizations.

rewards.

Employees who are in highly competitive industries are more satisfied with their jobs than
employees who are in less competitive industries.
Conclusion
If your employees are not satisfied, your company will fail to be successful.
