Ireland geographical position
Ireland is a small island in western Europe. Its
neighbor is the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
The predominant relief of Ireland is given by a
seemingly flat depression below 100m,
developed on rocks of old structures. Ireland's
central plain is marginal. to mount. Most of it is
used for agriculture. The mountains are very
steep in many places, with deep valleys.
Although located at high latitudes, Ireland has a
mild climate, due to the influence of the warm
North Atlantic current. The path of the air
masses is not cut by very high mountains and
therefore outside the eastern territories where
the climate is drier, everywhere there is a
humid, rainy climate.

explosions, which caused a lava leak on the surface of the Earth. As it cooled
and began to contract,it gave birth to these curious forms, which are also seen
today. The individual columns are so perfectly aligned with each other that you
can see only the smallest cracks between them.

Irish cuisine
This is a list of dishes found in Irish cuisine. Irish
cuisine is a style of cooking originating from Ireland or
developed by Irish people. It evolved from centuries of
social and political change. The cuisine takes its influence
from the crops grown and animals farmed in its temperate
climate. The introduction of the potato in the second half
of the 16th century heavily influenced Ireland's cuisine
thereafter and, as a result, is often closely associated with
Ireland. Representative Irish dishes include Irish stew,
bacon and cabbage, boxty, coddle, and colcannon.

Irish stew is a Lamb (or Mutton) and root vegetable stew

native to Ireland. As in all traditional folk dishes, the exact
recipe is not consistent from time to time, or place to
place. Basic ingredients include lamb, or mutton as well
as potatoes, onions, and parsley.[2] It may sometimes also
include carrots. Irish stew is also made with kid goat. Irish
Stew is not made with Beef.
