List of Employees currently registered in the ePDS module of the Unified Comprehensive Administrative System (UCAS).
Employees who are not registered in the ePDS will not be included in this module.

A. Profile Summary - contains the Employee’s Information, Fingertrak ID / Biometric ID no., and Leave Credits
B. Advance Filing - The admin can also file an employee’s leave of absence, travel orders, etc. through the ’Advance Filing’ function
C. Filter Logs – show logs from a specific month and year
D. Print DTR – print logs based on the selected month and year.
E. Print Leave Card – print a report that shows Leave Credits earned, applied, and deducted from the employee’s Leave Balances
F. Edit Log - the admin can make changes in an employee’s logs through the ‘Edit’ function
Edit Logs
Note:
- Employees must present a proof of log to
the Personnel Division
- Proof of Logs may vary per office.
Approved Travel Orders must be encoded in the system to be used as reference for filing
official travels.
Import / Upload Logs
The system is currently designed to accept Comma Delimited (.csv) files exported
from the biometric machines.
During uploading period, the logs are processed and deductions (lates, absences,
undertime and overtime) are already computed.
Generate Daily Time Record
Sample daily time record report based on the DA Central Office Template
PALMS utilizes Google Chrome’s Print Function to generate the preview of report and
other related settings. Reports will be generated in a per Division basis.
Report template can be adapted or modified based on the requesting office’s preference
