Online Blood Bank System

Introduction
The online blood bank management system helps in managing
various blood bank operations effectively. It containing various blood
deposits available along with associated details. These details
include blood type, storage area and date of storage. These details
help in maintaining and monitoring the blood deposits. The project is
an online system that allows to check whether required blood
deposits of a particular group are available in the blood bank. the
system also has added features such as patient name and contacts,
blood booking and even need for certain blood group is posted on
the website to find available donors for a blood emergency.The
languages used to develop this system are: HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT
and SQL database to store blood and user specific details.
Existing System

• Retrieval of data takes lot of time.
• Percentage of accuracy is less.
Problem Statement
• Unavailability of blood during emergency.
• Scarcity of rare blood group.
• Death due to lack of blood during operations.
• The operation of the blood bank still now maintained in the
manual system.
• The blood bank management system project aims to make all the
procedures automated and therefore with computer system it can
be more fast and accurate.
Proposed System
• System makes the overall project management much easier and
flexible.
• Upload the latest updates, allows user to see the alerts by clicking
the URL.
• It provides high level of security with different level of
authentication.
• User friendliness I provide in the application with various controls.
