3. On the right, create a graphic that represents
CAPITALISM.
4. Each graphic should have LABELED at least 5
characteristics of each economic system.
5. At the bottom, write 2-3 sentences explaining your
graphic and how it contrasts the two economic
systems.

1. Create a script (to act out) or song (complete with
lyrics) that compares MERCANTILISM vs.
CAPITALISM.
2. You should have at least 5 characteristics of each
economic system.
3. At the bottom of the lyrics or script, write 2-3
sentences explaining your graphic and how it
contrasts the two economic systems. (this will get
turned in!)

1. Definition of each term.
2. Characteristics of mercantilism and capitalism.
(at least 5 items)
3. Components:
1. If visual: Pictures to accompany each term (if
visual). Be creative! Use symbolism! Be
colorful!
2. If theatrical/musical: script or lyrics should
be thorough and complete, and you must
perform. Lyrics/script will be handed in.
Theatrical performances should include props!
4. At the very end you need to explain your
product and contrast the 2 economic theories.
