years, not much has been done in encouraging young, fresh and
unique innovative ideas in the sector. But, it was after 2010, when
the era of start-ups saw a boost and things started to change. Young

The solution currently involves imaging of produce using a standard smart phone and
assessment using state-of-the-art deep learning and computer vision-based algorithms,

by establishing accurate and precise grading systems with the help of technology.
