 INTRODUCTION

The Service Center and Development of the Community

Eye Health Program (P4KMM) is a form of collaboration
between the Medical Faculty of Diponegoro University and
the City Government of Semarang in this case the
Semarang City Health Office located at Gunung Pati
Health Center. The establishment of the Healthy Eye
District at the coordination level of the Puskesmas /
Gunung pati Subdistrict was an effort to bring eye health services
closer to the community aimed at optimizing public eye health services.
 METHODS

• The type of research used was descriptive with a case study approach
conducted from September to October in 2018.
• Samples were taken from patients at P4KMM Gunung Pati.
Instrument research through data from interviews.

 CONCLUSION

The patient's knowledge of the P4KMM at Gunung Pati

Health Center was more than half of the total
respondents, but only a few received information from
health workers.
