Aquino on June 10, 1988.
This promotes social
justice and
industrialization, providing
the mechanisms for its
implementation, and for
other purposes.
CARP
 This is all about the
redistribution of
public and private
agricultural lands to
landless farmers.
VISION
To have an equitable land
ownership with
empowered Agrarian
Reform beneficiaries who
can effectively manage
their economic and social
development to have a
better quality of life
LAND TENURE IMPROVEMENT
One of the major programs
of CARP.
Aside from the distribution
of lands, It also supports
infrastructure facilities,
marketing assistance
program, credit assistance
and technical support
programs.
The department
seeks to facilitate,
resolve cases and
deliver Agrarian
justice.
Who are the Beneficiaries of CARP

Landless farmers including:


Agricultural lessees Tenants

Qualifications Must be atleast 15


years old, Resident of the barangay
where the land is located, Own no
more than 3 hectares of agricultural
land.

Department of Agrarian
Reform(DAR) and Department
of Environment and Natural
Resources(DENR)
How much land is subjected to
land reform?
An estimated 7.8 billion
hectares of land covered
by CARP.
What is an NOC?
A notice of coverage is a letter
informing a landowner that his land is
covered by CARP.
