The central problem of this survey study is to find the differences between the dominant
multiple intelligences of the Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) students of
Holy Angel University (HAU) in relation to their grades in the BPO subject. The outcome of this
research will be the basis of determining the effects of the multiple intelligences of the students to
their performance in school and how it may be enhanced. At this stage of the research, Multiple


Intelligences is generally defined by Herndon (2018) as the theory proposed by Howard Gardner in
1983 which investigates the magnitude to which pupils contain various types of intelligences thus
learning, remembering, demonstrating, and thinking in different ways, while Business process
