WHY TIME MANAGEMENT IS
REQUIRED?

To utilise the available

time in optimum manner
to achieve ones personal
and professional goals
 We have two kinds of
people around us :
 1) TIME SAVERS

 2) TIME WASTERS
 Regularly assess where you are wasting time.
 Create time management goals-you are changing
your behaviour -not time.
 Establish routines and stick to them as far as
possible.
 Lack of planning and organisation
 Concentrating on doing only one task at a time
 Throwing unneeded things away
 Establishing personal deadlines
 Time wasters are distractions
 They prevent you from accomplishing some of
your goals
 Those are the things that happen within your
day that are unnecessary to your day
 Lack of planning and organisation

 Thinking, worrying and putting it off

 Procrastinating
Yesterday is a cancel cheque

Tomorrow is a promisery note

Today is ready cash
