Internal Factors

▪ Technology changing the ways that we have been accustomed of


doing, particularly in the field of information. It created a new trend
on how we view Politics, Entertainment, Beauty Pageant and even
Basketball which are the things Filipino values the most.
▪ It further boost the fourth branch of the government that
regulates the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary, but no one
regulates it. For which reason, it has become the superpower and
everyday a new player campaigns for a position thereon, through
social media.
▪ As to the degree of control, it has played a dramatic effect on
how public administration is conducted. From within it may be
governed.
External Factors

▪ Because of the emergence of bountiful players who are not just


spectators but actively participates in the public administration
makes it difficult to be controlled. Because accessibility is limitless, it
is susceptible to abuse such as overuse, fabrication of news, thus
creating a hybrid of culture: travel, pictures, food craze, digital
greetings, cyber bullying. A hybrid of communication: email; on time
communication, facetime, holograms, virtual sex; a hybrid of laws
such as cyber libel; a hybrid of economic exchange: online shopping,
digital marketplace, digital ad, and even digital entertainment.
International and Global Application

▪ The world become your neighbor next door, thus it become non-
jurisdictional.
