May 26, 2019, for your perusal.

Dumagats origin is traced from Negrito's which is one of the earliest inhabitants in the Philippines. They are
found in the hillsides and mountains of Quezon, Bulacan, Rizal and Laguna provinces. The term "Dumagat" is
thought to be derived from the word "rumakat", "lumakat" or "lumakad" which signifies the migration of early
Negritos in Philippines by walking in land and not by the sea.

Dumagats before are nomadic people, they stay for a while in a place, build their temporary house and get their
food from natural resources around them through hunting and gathering crops in the wild. After the sources are
depleted, they move in another place to gather again food in the wild. They don't know how to cultivate soil for multi-
cropping and no sustainable living. They wear G-string for men and skirts wrap around the body for
women. Dumagats before are animists and their belief is differ from person to person.

Today, Some of them were already literate after some efforts of governments, missionaries and volunteers in
the past. The preservation of their culture and identity is the highlight of this event with a hope that the government
will never forget and will always be part of the preservation of their cultural identity.

GOALS/ OBJECTIVES
1. to celebrate the “Dumagat Festival” of the city;
2.to highlight the festive activity of the city by
providing good and quality events
management;
3.to provide clients satisfaction and exceed to
their expectations with quality events
management.
VENUE DESCRIPTION
Paradise Adventure Camp Resort is a 3.6 hectare
land that has an amphitheater with a capacity of
1000 covers. It is located at Paradise Road, Bgy.
Tungkong Mangga, City of San Jose del Monte
Bulacan.

Paradise Adventure Camp is also a perfect place


for having fun while learning. Various activities
related to the theme “Caring for our Environment”
were facilitated by fun-loving instructors. One of
the main attraction of the camp is the Tower. It’s a
45 ft tall tower, one side is for rappelling, one side
for wall climbing, and another for the slide
(zipline).

turn right and drive all the way until
you reach Tungkong Mangga, San

see Jollibee Tungko, you turn right.
You will find Paradise Farms High
School, and from there you will find
a .50 meter rough road on the right
side, drive until you reach Paradise
Adventure Camp.

This contract is entered between HON. ARTHUR B. ROBES, City Mayor of City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan
(Client) and Ms. Christened Arbee C. Pasion President/ CEO of SCAB-LUSH Co.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCAB-LUSH Co. will provide full professional services as negotiated and included on the proposals and plans in the
event, but not limited to event managing, hosting, staging, directorship, and will provide the necessary supplies for SCAB-
LUSH Co. which will be held Paradise Adventure Camp Resort on June 30, 2017. And will pay the Total amount of Php
557,796.00 for the entire service provided. Paying the amount of full cash can be received anytime from the time of the
contract signing TWO MONTHS before the event.

Refunding the payment is possible but only half of the down payment or 25% of the full payment in our account for
losses and other matters. If installment basis, first down payment is non-refundable as deal here in the contract.
Amounting to Php 278,898.00 is to be paid upon the completion of this contract as a DEPOSIT to hold the date (
deposit is not refundable). And the balance of the total amount per installment) to be paid on 2nd installment, 3rd
installment, final installment (Three months/Two months /event proper before June 30, 2017 Friday) the date of the event.

As of the Php 23,241.50 Contingency Fund/ Emergency Fund is refundable, no deduction will be deducted on the amount not unless
and only the damage cost of the event , only the actual cost of the damage/s.

SCAB-LUSH Co. will furnish labor and equipment, materials including set – up and break down.
