Apprehended students
reported to the Guidance
Counselor/ BE GLAD
Coordinator by teachers/Utility
Workers/ person in authority.
Step 1: Student will write a statement
Guidance Counselor and BE GLAD
Coordinator will inform the Prefect of
Discipline, Year Level Coordinator and
the School Principal.
 GC/BGC call the attention of the
adviser.
Inform the adviser about the complaint
Adviser will call for the parents.
Step 2
Guidance Counselor and BE GLAD
Coordinator must explain to the
student with his parents the case in
which he is involved. Violation to R.A
9165
( Comprehensive Dangerous Drug
Acts of 2002 particularly Sec. 15
( Use of Dangerous Drugs )
Step 3
Referral of students to SaTOP ( Substance Abuse
Treatment Office of Pasig ) and ADCOP ( Anti Drug
Abuse Council of Pasig )
SaTOP and ADCOP- Are the lead agencies
responsible for identification of possible
intervention related to drug abuse cases in which
the student is involve.

*Note: Student and parent are advise to return to

school the following day to report whatever
transpired in the communication and submit
whatever documents they will received.
Certificate of Substance Use
KASUNDUAN
Step 4
Student together with his parents and GC/BGC
will submit the documents for proper ACTION of
the Principal.
Content of the endorsement letter:
a. Counselling- student to undergo KASUNDUAN
Program to be given by Satop/ADCOP and
GC/BGC should monitor the attendance.
b. Rehabilitation- students should be referred to
rehabilitation center but the parents and school
should be inform about this.
Step 5
Inclusion in the BE GLAD School-Base
Program to be conducted at TEEN ZONE.
Topic to be given:
a. Spiritual Upliftment
b. Life Skills
c. Community Program
d. Skills Development Training
Step 6
Completion of the program.
A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION is given
to the students. It will serve as
evidence that the students is already
cleared of the case; and can now be
enrolled for the next school year.
