SRAN13.1 version, new NE type BTS5900 5G is added. In order to keep the data consistent with the
south document, the BTS5900 5G NE type is added into the parameter list of northbound document.
However, the Northbound interface does not support the BTS5900 5G NE type in this version, that will
be supported in later versions.
