Product description:

 As we know our target area is South Punjab which is majorly


recognized for its agriculture. So idea we are going to pitch is food
waste recycling. We are making Fertilizer which is least costly and
most effective for the middle and lower middle class farmers. Our
fertilizer is eco- friendly. It is a natural fertilizer which is made from
wet/organic/food waste.
Problem statement:

 Middle and lower middle class farmers have to buy expensive fertilizers.
They have to borrow money for meeting their wants and needs.
 Waste management.
 Due to lack of knowledge farmers burn the crop field after harvestation
for cleaning purpose i.e. they waste the material which can be utilized
as a raw material for making fertilizer or we can say miss-management
of waste from harvestation Improper planning by fertilizer companies as
they don't provide planning for the whole period. i.e. Fertilizer in
availability Lack of testing soil fertility.

 Solution:
Converting wet / food /organic waste into fertilizers.

In sindh, shikarpur, larkana, jacobabad, Balochistan provinces.
Target population/market:
1-Supplying affordable and eco friendly fertilizers to farmers.
2- Partnership with other fertilizer industries to make our agricultural and
economy prosperous again.
Key benefits:

 1-It will provide farmers affordable and non chemical fertilizers.


 2-Waste management will take place as food is generated from raw
material to finish products and those wasted finished products will
again be used for the land from which it came.

Practical implementation in industry

Process:
We are going to use a crusher machine which will
convert half wet waste/organic waste into small
particles then we will dump the crushed waste
into a landfill for the purpose of decomposition. The
compost is ready to irrigate agricultural field
.Compost is then mixed in the water and the water
flows throughout the field irrigating it

By the concept, product is a subjective we are offering something that
has the ability of fulfilling our customer needs. We make sure our
product satisfy the needs of consumers. We achieve goals through the
fulfillment of desires of consumers, in accordance with the
competence and capacity of organization. Our fertilizer specifically
deals with the wheat crop and cotton crop. Our packaging should be
eye catching
Price: Implementing a low price policy as compared to competitors is
our main goal. Our product price should be reasonable which farmers
will readily purchase. Well promote our product to door, conducting
awareness sessions with people of the targeted area and conducting
soil fertility.
