Working description
The coolant pump (“water pump”) draws in the coolant via hose lines directly
from the cooler and delivers it first via the engine-integrated lube oil cooler,
thereafter enters the engine, flows along the cylinder, upwards into the
cylinder head and to the thermostat at the coolant outlet. From there, the
coolant is directed via special lines to the cooler inlet.
When the engine is still cold the coolant is short circuited through the engine
until thermostat response temperature has been reached (starting opening)

3. If charge pressure is normal at brakes
P = Pump Charge pump pressure all that is required to release the brakes
T = Hydraulic Tank (minimum 203 psi or 14 bar)– It confirms
the valve is hydraulically okay & the problem
B1 & B2 = SAHR Brake could be in the axle brake itself
S1 & S2 = To Pump servo control M4 & M5

Finally to check and conclude the valve is

P hydraulically okay or not working
B2 B1 S1
T 1. Fix a pressure gauge on B1 & B2 and
block the Axle brake port
S2 2. If brake release pressure is obtained
NO minimum 203 psi or 14 bar we can
C NC conclude the valve is okay
3. Note: This is when the valve is in
P = Pump Charge pump pressure energized condition
T = Hydraulic Tank
B1 & B2 = SAHR Brake

S1 & S2 = To Pump servo control M4 & M5
