Conclusion
In Metal work particularly fabrication workers faces many challenges related to health
and safety at chemical industry. Lack of education leads them to less knowledge about
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Providing proper training, giving knowledge about
what PPE includes, providing safety for dangerous chemical, providing PPE according to
their level of task related difficulty, Giving basic information about chemical that
company is producing ,improving awareness of worker’s right will definitely improve
safety of workers and also reduce possibility of high risk hazard occurrence.
