• Nitros digital servicing is a servicing company specializing in making
customized stickers, photo edits, digital arts, etc. It will utilize the customer's
ideas edit or create them to reality to their satisfaction. The company will
create original content which can be broadcasted in many social media
platforms.
 Location
• Upper Mabini Street, Corner Gen. Luna Rd, Baguio, Benguet
 Description
• The target market of the business is UB students. Having a location
near University of Baguio is an advantage to the business.
• The rent per month of the location is 20 000 Php or 670 Php per day.
To not lose any money the business must earn more than 1000 Php per
day to pay off the rent of the location.
• Choosing this location can be an advantage for the business.

 Operational Scope
• Stickers are personalized to accommodate the vast interests of our
customers.
• Edits are also included in the services that will be offered.

are always available and accessible in the market.

• Monday to Saturday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. These working hours
will maximize all the employee’s working hours
 Operational Procedure
• Process
• Firstly the customer must start negotiating with us. We must
communicate in an effective way to not waste any important time
and avoid conflicts or misunderstanding inputs.
• After that, the request from the customer will be given to the editor,
illustrator or the one that will edit the stickers.
• Next is finally printing out or giving the customer the product.
• Lastly, this is optional; we will ask the customer on how is their experience
with Nitros so far. It is more like a survey to ask the customer on how might
Nitros further improve the service and product quality.

 Sticker estimated time manufacture
• A sticker can be produced by the printer operator in less than a
few minutes. However, the time for digital illustration and photo
modification can vary from 5 minutes to an hour or more.

• The materials that we need to produce our product are photo paper, sticker
paper, bond paper, ink, and equipment. We choose these supplies for they
are the main components to make our product or service better & reliable.
 Suppliers
• Our supplier for our printer & Ink Canon Printers Authorized
Dealer-SM City Baguio, 333 Luneta Hill and Upper Session Road,
Baguio, 2600 Benguet.
• The supplier for our sticker paper,photo paper & bond paper is
advanced paper corporation, which is located at 47 Rodriguez
Drive , Jordan Valley Village, Baesa, Quezon City, 1106 Metro
Manila.
 Suppliers
• It can also be beneficial for Nitros to acquire papers and inks in
bulks. There might be a discount so that Nitros can accommodate
huge amount of supplies for a low and discounted price.
• If 10 sticker papers cost about 50 Php, with that information, it is
concluded that, every month there is an expense of 15 000 Php
for papers. However, this amount is not constant.
• Raw materials are important for the business to progress. In that
case there should always be fund for it.
