SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT (SBM)
SBM
▪Strategy to improve education by decentralization, delegation,
and participation through empowering the human resources
(HR).

Important: SBM isn’t like other management. It really focuses on the HR


empowerment.

SBM is actually based on the awareness that all people outside the
school actually has the same responsibility to support the school high
quality performance.
SBM is actually never think that the school can stand alone without the
participation from all people

SBM always experiment many strategies in inviting the people to get


involve as much as possible in supporting the school release from a
very complicated problems.
