Insert point from file

Click + sign then locate cogo points file from your PC

Open your point file
Select point file format, csv, comma delimited or space delimited,click ok
Zoom and adjust scale
Select 1 point then click point properties, select display format: point,elev. Desc. Then click ok
It displays points number, elevation and description respectively
On the prospector tab, right click surface then select create surface
Select surface style, click style extreme right,then select style you prefer
Select point file format, csv, comma delimited or space delimited
Select contour,+ in conourl interval for desired interval, edit default then click ok
On the prospector tab, click + in surfaces,+ in surface 1,+ in definition to expand the items then right
click point group then click add,click all points,apply then ok
Depreeze point display, click 1 point,drop down layers, then click on v node
Point display disappear
