Course Requirements

1. The students are required to participate actively in the


class discussion.
2. The students are required to render report, provide hard
copy of the report for each students
3. The students are required to take midterm and final
exam
4. Submit e-portfolio in cd containing the following:
a. Soft copy of the report
b. Soft copy of power point presentation report
c. Soft copy of reflection word format with picture (
whole body
d. E-copy of video clips if any
5. Attendance.
Classroom Policy

1. Maximum of 3 absences is given to the student, then referral to the OSA


office
2. Students who are late of more than 15 minutes are considered absent.
3. A prescribe uniform of the university should be strictly followed. Student
who are not in complete uniform are marked absent.
4. Students who cannot delivered report on the scheduled date will not be
allowed to report and will be given a failing grade, unless there is a
justifiable reason, he/she will be given a make up requirements.
5. Requirements should be submitted 1 week before the final examination.
Failure to submit on the scheduled date, will be dealt with accordingly.
6. CAPSU is strictly imposes ban on the use of cell phones by the students
during class hours.
