 Introduction

 Real State Management System is an android

based project , this project will cover all the problems
faced due to manual system. The purpose of making
this project is to reduce time.
 Background

 There are number of projects available for android

platform but not properly managed and do not have
enough features.
 I want to develop a Real State Management
System which will include all the features missing from
those projects and which should be the part of this
project.
 Problem statement

• Existing system is manual that is done by property

dealers. This existing system create problems that can
be overcome through automatic system.
• Notification was not send when desired property
found
• Bidding was not available in already existing application
 Software & Hardware Used

 Software Requirements:
Windows 7 or higher
SQL Server
Visual Studio (Latest)
 Hardware Components:
Processor – i3
Hard Disk – 5 GB
Memory – 4GB (Minimum)
Internet Connection
 Methodology
 This system will be developed by using some tools included
Android studio, visual studio and SQL server.
 Android studio will handle all the coding in java language.
 Web services will be developed using this software
 SQL server will contain database used for this project

 Important features are.

 User will upload his/her property after he/she has been
registered in this system.
 User can also search all the properties uploaded by other
users and can also apply for buying or to get on rent that
property.
 I want to add some other features like if a user apply for a
property according to his/her requirements and that is not
available at that time , but he/she will be informed by receiving
notification if that property will be available in future.
 Advantages
 Completely automated system for property.
 User can get property for rent or can buy with just a
single click.
 Order can be placed using personal android phones.
 Detailed summary of orders placed with option to
search, update and change status eighther property has
been sold out or available etc.
