COMPANY BACKGROUND

The Company “Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Ltd.” incorporated on 13 Sep.,

2005, was promoted by Agarwal‘s of Agarwal family, hailing from Sikar,
Rajasthan, India, having keen interest in manufacturing of all type of
Polyester yarns. The legacy of the group dates back to 1979 when the
promoters started business of trading in various types of fabrics and yarns.

The company has three manufacturing units situated at two in Dahej

(Gujarat) & Silvassa (D&NH) with cumulative capacity of around 3,00,000
MTPA for manufacturing of Textile-Grade PET Chips, Partially Oriented Yarn
(POY), Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY), Texturising Yarn, AirTex Yarn, Polyester Staple
Fiber (PSF) and other specialty yarns.

The products find its application in manufacturing of yarns and fabrics for
home furnishing, Fashion wear, Technical & Industrial textiles etc. The
company is one of the largest integrated manufacturer of polyester products.
