Romanos 8:13-14

Porque si vivís conforme a la carne, MORIRÉIS; más

si por el ESPÍRITU HACÉIS MORIR LAS OBRAS DE
LA CARNE, viviréis. Porque todos los que son
guiados por el ESPÍRITU DE DIOS, éstos son hijos
de Dios.

13 forif you live according to the flesh, you will die;

but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of
the body, you will live. 14 For all who are led by the
Spirit of God are children of God.

Si vivimos por el Espíritu, ANDEMOS también por el
Espíritu.

25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the

Spirit.

Mas el Consolador, EL ESPÍRITU SANTO, a quien el
Padre enviará en mi nombre, ÉL OS ENSEÑARÁ
TODAS LAS COSAS, Y OS RECORDARÁ TODO lo
que yo os he dicho.

Father will send in my name, will teach you
everything, and remind you of all that I have said

Pero cuando VENGA el Espíritu de verdad, ÉL OS
GUIARÁ A TODA LA VERDAD; porque NO HABLARÁ
POR SU PROPIA CUENTA, sino que hablará todo lo
que oyere, y OS HARÁ SABER LAS COSAS QUE
HABRÁN DE VENIR. El me glorificará; porque tomará
de lo mío, y os lo hará saber.

13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into

all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will
speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you
the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me,
because he will take what is mine and declare it to
you.

Estas son las cosas que Dios nos ha hecho conocer por medio del Espíritu, pues
el Espíritu lo examina todo, HASTA LAS COSAS MÁS PROFUNDAS DE DIOS.
¿Quién entre los hombres puede saber LO QUE HAY EN EL CORAZÓN DEL
HOMBRE, sino solo el espíritu que está dentro del hombre? De la misma
manera, solamente el Espíritu de Dios sabe lo que hay en Dios. y nosotros
NO HEMOS RECIBIDO EL ESPÍRITU DEL MUNDO, sino el Espíritu que viene
de Dios, PARA QUE ENTENDAMOS LAS COSAS QUE DIOS EN SU BONDAD
NOS HA DADO. Hablamos de estas cosas con palabras que el Espíritu de
Dios nos ha enseñado, y no con palabras que hayamos aprendido por nuestra
propia sabiduría. Así explicamos las cosas espirituales con términos
espirituales. EL QUE NO ES ESPIRITUAL NO ACEPTA LAS COSAS QUE SON
DEL ESPÍRITU DE DIOS, porque para él son tonterías. Y tampoco las puede
entender, porque son cosas que tienen que juzgarse espiritualmente.

 10 these
things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit
searches everything, even the depths of God. 11 For what human being knows
what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one
comprehends what is truly God’s except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have
received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from God, so that
we may understand the gifts bestowed on us by God. 13 And we speak of these
things in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit,
interpreting spiritual things to those who are spiritual. 14 Those who are
unspiritual[b] do not receive the gifts of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness
to them, and they are unable to understand them because they are
spiritually discerned.

El que cree en mí, como dice la Escritura, DE SU
INTERIOR CORRERÁN RÍOS DE AGUA VIVA. Esto dijo
del Espíritu que habían de recibir los que creyesen en
él; pues aún no había venido el Espíritu Santo, porque
Jesús no había sido aún glorificado

38 and let the one who believes in me drink. As[a] the

scripture has said, ‘Out of the believer’s heart[b] shall
flow rivers of living water.’” 39 Now he said this about
the Spirit, which believers in him were to receive; for
as yet there was no Spirit,[c] because Jesus was not yet
glorified.

no os preocupéis por lo que habéis de decir, ni lo
penséis, sino LO QUE OS FUERE DADO EN
AQUELLA HORA, eso hablad; porque NO SOIS
VOSOTROS LOS QUE HABLÁIS, SINO EL
ESPÍRITU SANTO.

11 When they bring you to trial and hand you over,

do not worry beforehand about what you are to
say; but say whatever is given you at that time, for
it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Porque no sois vosotros los que habláis, SINO EL
ESPÍRITU DE VUESTRO PADRE QUE HABLA EN
VOSOTROS.

20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your

Father speaking through you.

no podrán resistir ni contradecir todos los que se
opongan.

I will give you words[a] and a wisdom that none
of your opponents will be able to withstand or
contradict.

Porque nunca la profecía fue traída por voluntad
humana, sino que los santos hombres de Dios
hablaron siendo inspirados por el Espíritu Santo.

no prophecy ever came by human will,
but men and women moved by the Holy Spirit
