Findings: Degradation S1-MME Attach SR on SGSN Cibitung
Analysis: Degradation S1-MME on SGSN CBT 04 & 05 since Dec 24 (peak hour)
mostly due to some device cannot accepted APN that given from the network, so
device will detach the transaction .

APN request from device and response from the nerwork are different :

Demarcation : 44.66% Contributor of cause analysis is “2 Detach”.

Impact : Some Subscribers under SGSN Cibitung have difficulties to

Rootcause
• PDP Delay contribute by CC-Request Delay due to migration from Cibitung to
Surabaya (Distance Factor) Increments around 50 – 80 ms consume by Cibitung
Pool, Pekanbaru and Bandung Pool.
• Time delay added around 50ms – 80ms will not affect to User Experience
