3. Pay attention to the number and spelling given!

 Phone numbers, name, countries -> when name sounds
unfamiliar, usually speaker will spell for you, don’t worry 

 0 (zero) may become O (alphabets) – in listening, especially

for phone number.
 In analyzing someone’s name, please write the first letter you
heard before he/she spells for you.
