person.
e.g. That is your personal opinion.
I can only tell you what I know from my
personal experience.

It is set of emotional qualities, ways of
behaving, etc. that makes a person
different to another person
e.g. He has a pleasant personality
DEVELOPMENT
It is the process of growing or causing
something to grow or become larger or
more advanced.
It is the act or process of creating
something over a period of time
3 Stages of Personal Development
1. Self-discovery
2. Self-awareness
3. Self-acceptance
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
It is a process in which persons reflect
upon themselves, understand who they
are, accept what they discover about
themselves, and learn (or unlearn) new
sets of values, attitudes, behavior, and
thinking skills to reach their fullest
potential as human beings

Sickness can oftentimes change the
consistency of an individual’s
