GENERALITIES

 Currently Peña Negra field produces 3240 BOPDx160 BWPDx40.103 MMScfd,

with artificial lifting system Gas Lift (+/- 90% of wells) 17,355 MMScfd.
(Average Aug 2019)

OBJECTIVES

 Build an integral model of production (WELL & SURFACE) - Peña Negra

OffShore field.
 Diagnose current operating conditions of production based on the
performance wells and networks (HPG, LPG, GFS and MPH pipelines).
 Model and evaluate scenarios to find improvement opportunities.

RECOMMENDATIONS

 According to the evaluation and diagnosis wells, it is recommended to prioritize

optimization work at the injection time in the wells with low efficiency and High
K factor, perform inspections well with Plunger Lift System, change uncalibrated
valves and installation valves.
 As secondary priority recommendations, optimization by changing cycles,
installing plunger lift in deep wells with high FF value (Fall Back) and installing
pilot valves in wells with conventional installation.
 Perform mechanical cleaning of pipes in surface networks, according to the list of
pipe obstruction.
 Evaluate the profitability of the technically recommended scenarios, to make the
decision to execute.
 Automate the well production system to record and control critical parameters
for well production. (Gas Injection, Production Fluid & Other parameters)
 Continue simulation project of networks in other fields (LT,PV,SP,CH,ONSHORE)
