Different users can work with the same file structure locally and in repository.
It supports both, the concurrent use of documents and the restriction of the use of
documents to avoid concurrency.

After the installation of Tortoise SVN we will have access to the contextual menu:

Periodically, we must ensure that changes made by others are incorporated in your
current working copy. The process of obtaining changes from the server to your local
copy is known as updating. Before starting work on any project, it will be necessary to
update our SVN:

By default, the tool has been configured so that every file is read-only. To be able to
work with any file, it will be necessary to obtain a lock (lock):

edited.

Consideraciones Importantes
1. It is very important to respect file locks to avoid any loss of work.
2. Like changes, all locks and unlocks are registered on the server.
3. Before starting work on any project it is necessary to update.
4. Whenever you want to work with any file, it should be blocked.
5. When you finish using any file you should verify that it has not been blocked by the
user.
6. Also, update the SVN when you finish using the file.

• RESPECT THE DIRECTOR'S TREE PREVIOUSLY CREATED.
• USE ONLY THE USER ASSIGNED TO YOUR PERSON.
• USE THE ASSIGNED PROJECT ONLY.
• GIVE CHECK-OUT BEFORE STARTING WORK, AND COMMIT AT THE END OF WORK.
• BLOCK THE FILES YOU WILL BE HOSTING.
• UNLOCK THE FILES ALWAYS FINISH TO OCCUPY IT.
• NEVER MARK THE "STEAL THE LOCKS" BOX BY BLOCKING A FILE.
• DO NOT LINK TO ROUTES OF SHARED FILES (WINDOWS, MAC, LINUX).
• DO NOT UPDATE THE TOOL WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR.
• NOTIFY IF YOU ELIMINATE FILES BEFORE DOING IT.
• DO NOT CREATE LOCAL REPOSITORIES.
• NOTIFY IF YOU REVERSE ANY ARCHIVE.
• ALWAYS COMMENT THE MODIFICATIONS OF THE FILES WITH DATE, TIME AND INFORMATION OF THE
CHANGE.
• HAVE A BACKUP OF ALL THE FILES.
