network of approx 90 societies in DelhiNCR.

 Connect consumers directly through a focused campaign at
residential societies.

 Connecting approx 90 societies all across Delhi NCR in 8 weeks.

Why Societies??

Residential societies are a focused group of residents that a


brand can target. The societies are mapped in categories that
are easier for a brand to chose from and reach out to their
desired audience.

 Income: Societies are mapped by the income group of residents
which is based on parameters.
 Size: Total number of houses in a society comprise of the size of the
society with an average of 2.5 people per family. Therefore
providing the total numbers a brand can reach out per society and
in totality
 Location: Society locations play an integral part, Brands benefit in
choosing a cluster of societies in their desired locations.

Society Notice Board is placed for one week in


Societies. Societies will have their notice boards
installed in the lift lobbies and common areas like club
or meeting rooms

Neighborhood guide is fridge magnet consisting of important


contact numbers at the local neighborhood level, which are
required on a day-to-day basis. For eg: Taxi, dry-cleaners,
restaurants, hospital & ambulance, car service and utility
numbers.

Leaflet Distribution…
 Leaflets can be distributed to resident either directly in hand
through or via their mail boxes depending upon the society policies.

 It will be effective for the information about the carnival as it


reaches directly in hand to the consumers

Leaflet will have a tear-off portion which will be presented during


the event for lucky draw contest.

 Every weekend 3 setups will be placed in 3 different societies.

 Team reaches by 5.00pm & create hype for event.

 By 6.00pm event will be started.
