Exceptional Operating Autonomy

• SF3101 features a built-in rechargeable


lithium-ion, a back-up source of energy
should external power becomes
unavailable for any reason.

• The battery will automatically begin


recharging when the external power
source is restored.
Efficient Store & Forward Strategy

• SF3101 is also a logging device & stores data in a


built-in SD card, there is enough memory on the
card to hold a minimum of 2 years of data
continuously.

• The MTU also comes with 8GB SD Card for event


logging purposes, it will also automatically upload
the data stored in the SD Card to Starfish server at
the next opportune moment.

• This means, that there will be complete data even


when there is no real-time communications.

Ultimate Mobile Tracking Unit

• The SF3102 hybrid is the ultimate in tracking


solutions. It includes GPS location reckoning
with GSM & Iridium Satellite Communications
with automatic switching if both exist.
• By default, GSM-GPRS is the primary
communication channel to take advantage of
the lower costs offered by Telcos.
 Enhanced with on board SDHC card storage capabilities, no event is lost
due to communications outages. The system comes along with telemetry
of all sorts. If the event can be electronically monitored, the SF3102 series
equipment can bring the information back.
 Furthermore, with the Iridium Satellite Systems, besides data
communication channel, there are now voice & Internet capabilities when
staying in contact is absolutely necessary, no matter where you are as the
Iridium Satellite System is truly global.
